Standard copyright law does not require me to imprint the copyright symbol © on my individual works for the protection to be fully in force. I’ve avoided adding © to my art as I find it detracting, but be assured I will protect my intellectual property rights. Make it easy for us both and don’t steal my property *smile*.

Privacy and Model Disclosure
I respect the privacy of my models. Models (both minors and adults), are given a standard contract to allow and permit my use. You may view a copy of this contract here, unless otherwise negotiated. By accepting the contract, models expressly consent to the use and disclosure of your personally identifiable image and other artistic expressions as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal contact information, however, will never be disclosed except by process of law.

Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Texas without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Stephen Paul West.
